Pi Gamma Mu awarded Roll of Distinction

SALISBURY, MD ---Salisbury University's chapter of the international honor society in social science, Pi Gamma Mu, was recently awarded the Roll of Distinction at the international meeting of the society, in Atlanta. The Roll of Distinction is the highest award that can be granted to a chapter by the board of trustees of the society. The award is based on the annual activities of the chapter, social service and involvement in campus life.

At the meeting Dean Fafoutis, a member of the SU History Department faculty, was officially installed as the new editor of the International Social Science Review, the official journal of the society. As editor of the journal Fafoutis will also serve as a member of the board of trustees.
