SALISBURY, MD ---New or potential business owners learn concepts vital to managing a small business at the one-day seminar "How to Start and Manage Your Own Small Business."
A panel of experts discuss how to create a business plan, insurance, banking, accounting, real estate and legal issues.
The seminar, sponsored by the Small Development Center-Eastern Region, is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Salisbury University's Commons building.
