Start and Manage Business Seminar May 10" 

SALISBURY, MD---"How to Start and Manage Your Own Business," a comprehensive workshop for the new business or potential business owner is on Thursday, May 10, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in the Frederick Room of the Commons at Salisbury State University.  

Seven speakers will cover topics which include: constructing a business plan, banking requirements, insurance needs, marketing, record-keeping, legal and safety issues. The fee, which includes lunch and all course materials, is $40. 

The workshop is sponsored by the Maryland Small Business Development Center Network - Eastern Region, Salisbury State University and SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives).
