Health, Human Rights of Haiti Topics of SU Panel Discussion April 14

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE) hosts the panel discussion “Health, Human Rights and Migration: The Case of Haiti” 6 p.m. Monday, April 14, in the Guerrieri Student Union’s Wicomico Room. 

Dr. Arnaud Perret, SU assistant professor of French, moderates the panel, which includes Brian Concannon, executive director of the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti; Dr. Cynthia Calixte, physician and deputy medical director of the Wicomico County Health Department; and Natalie Saint-Phard,

from Wicomico County Public Schools and the Wicomico County Human Rights Advisory Committee.

Dr. Bernadette Fouché, a public health and infectious diseases consultant, offers greetings and an introduction.

Admission is free and the public is invited.
