Duo Sorolla Concert at SU April 29

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Peter and Judy Jackson Chamber Music Series continues with a performance by Duo Sorolla 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall.

After meeting in graduate school at the Peabody Conservatory, cellist Ismar Gomes and pianist Wan-Chi Su began a collaborative relationship that became Duo Sorolla. They present their “Spain to Latin America” program in continuation of SU’s 2024-25 cultural events theme, “Latinidades.” The concert features works by Andrea Casarrubios, Constantino Gaito, Manuel Ponce, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Astor Piazzolla.

Admission is free and the public is invited, but tickets are required. Tickets are available through SU’s online box office
