SU Announces Virtual Instruction, Delayed Move-In Due to Weekend Forecast
Based on the potential for a significant snow storm in the area this weekend, Salisbury University has made the decision to begin the spring semester virtually on Monday, January 26. In-person classes will pivot to virtual modalities through Friday, January 30. Students should check their SU email for communications from faculty regarding expectations during that time. In-person instruction will resume on Monday, February 2. Move-in for on-campus residential students also will be delayed. For more information, please visit the SU website.

My research focuses on the quantitative aspects of geography and includes geographic information science, spatial statistics, big data analytics, and enterprise GIS development.
In my courses I strive to introduce my students to cutting edge development in GIScience. Students who take my courses know that they will work hard, engage in innovative techniques, and make scientific presentations to their peers, thus preparing them for a professional career when they graduate.
