GullNet - Students

GullNet is your online connection for everything from health requirements to financial aid refunds.

Login with your University username and password. If you are unable to login or access the system - please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

How To Make A Payment

Payment Plan payments must be made by the student or the Authorized Payer. Payments made by a Guest will not be applied towards the installment payment.

Students
1. Log in to GullNet Login with your user name and password. Navigate:
2. You may need to allow pop ups in your browser to make payments. Instructions of disabling popup is provided.
  
  Click on Classic Home tile > Bills/Payments/PayPlans/Refund
3. Go to Your Account and click "Make a Payment".
  Your Account Balance - click "Continue Shopping".
4. Select the charges you want to pay, then the amount you want to pay.
  Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Parents (Once added as an authorized payer by the student)
1. To make a payment, copy and paste the following address in your web browser: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetc/selfserve/ebilllogin.aspx?client=SALISBURY_PROD
2. Enter your user name and password you will be directed to the student account
  Click make a payment and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
If you are having problems logging into your CashNet/Transact account, please contact CashNet/Transact at 1-800-339-8131 for support.
Guest Payers (Those who are not a student or an authorized payer)
1. To make a payment, copy and paste the following address in your web browser: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetc/selfserve/ebilllogin.aspx?client=SALISBURY_PROD
2. Click the link that says Click here if you are paying as a guest. You will need the student ID and the students last name to login.
3. Enter Student ID and Last name and log in. Enter term to pay and amount

Authorized Payer

Students can invite anyone to have access to their student account (make payments, view electronic bills, tuition payment plans, email notifications, and text messages).

Instructions
Instructions on to how invite your parent or other persons as authorized payers:
1. Sign into GullNet Login. Then follow:
  Click on Classic Home tile > Bills/Payments/PayPlans/Refund (twice)
2. Under "Authorized Payer" select "Add New" and fill out the information requested. The authorized user will receive an email with a temporary password and link.
3. Users should copy and paste the following link in the browser address bar and add to favorites:
  https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetc/selfserve/ebilllogin.aspx?client=SALISBURY_PROD
Authorized payer will click the link and enter their user name and temporary password and then create a new password and security question. Once completed, users will be directed to the student account.

Authorized payer log-in and password problems, the student will have to reset your password. Students will go to their GullNet> Classic Home tile> Bills/Payments/PayPlans/Refunds and follow the link to their student account page.

Select the students name then select Authorized Payer you want to Edit (this is the username they will need to use when logging in); select edit > the user-name and email address will appear, at the bottom is a reset password button. Select reset the password, a temporary password will be sent to the email address listed. Authorized Payers should copy and paste the log in link in the browser address bar and add to favorites:

Once at the login page, enter your user name and temporary password and change your password.

Instructions on to how un-invite your parent or other persons as authorized payers:
1. Sign into GullNet Login. Then follow:
Click on Classic Home tile > Bills/Payments/PayPlans/Refund (twice)
1. Navigate to My Account > Payers.
2. Click on the pencil, then click on button to “remove payer”. Make sure to save to remove the payer.
